Returns and/or Exchanges

REFUNDS

Please read the refund policies thoroughly before making your purchase, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your purchase.

Due to the nature of the items we sell, all sales are considered final sale, no refunds and exchanges only for similar item of similar value. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it is a manufacturer defect.  In the case of a manufacturer defect in a product, that item will be exchanged for the exact same model item, no exceptions.

*Any item that has been used, modified, installed or is damaged in any way, ie scratches, dents, chips, scuffs or marks, will not be eligible for an exchange.  Any item returned in any condition that is not new/like new, can be refused and returned to the sender at their cost.

All products sold are in new and unused condition (unless otherwise stated in the description; such as clearance item, open box or store display) 

*Shipping charges, as they are a service, are not refundable

For any product issue upon delivery, shipping damage or product defects, we ask that you contact us within 48 of delivery so we can address the issue in a timely fashion. Reporting issues after the deadline can fall under the manufacturer's warranty and service guidelines.

All Special Ordered Products are final sale, no refunds, no exchanges. Manufacturer warranty will apply

All Clearance, Open Box or Display Items are all final sale, no refunds, no exchanges.  All these items are tested and are in working order when sold.

WARRANTY

Product warranty's are supplied the manufacturer of the product, see the products warranty period on the product page for each item.  Please understand the manufacturer dictates the terms of their warranty service/repair and each one has different rules to be followed in order for service on their products to be completed. 

Most manufacturer warranty periods are 1 year from date of purchase, please retain a copy of your receipt for service. The manufacturer warranty does not cover any damages from shipping, physical damages from dropping or abuse of the product, abnormal use of the product (meaning pushing the product beyond its limits) or contamination from liquids/water.

The Manufacturer's Warranty will cover the parts, labour and the cost of the return shipping back to you once the item is repaired. The shipping cost to send the item into their service center for service is not covered and is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping cost.
