Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

We ship almost all orders via Canada Post tracked package and offer either Expedited or Xpresspost service.  Very large and/or over-weighted items will be shipped via UPS or independent carrier.  Please contact us for shipping rates on these items.

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Shipping Surcharges

Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling surcharges due to:

  • size or weight
  • shipping destination

You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Shipping Times and Processing

Almost all orders ship from our showroom location in Oakville, Ontario (exceptions would be very large or bulk quantity orders which may ship direct from the manufacturers warehouse)

Shipping times will vary across Canada and below is an approximate delivery time for each province/territory/region.  These times are just to be used as an approximation and can vary depending when in the province you are located; major cites in that province will have shorter delivery times as compared to a rural or hard to reach community.

If you would like exact delivery dates you can either contact us by e-mail or by phone and we will be happy to provide that information.  Alternatively you can go to Canada Post Delivery Standard Guide, put in our postal code L6L5K9 and then choose your province and then you will be able to see what the amount of delivery days it will take to get to your location with the desired shipping service.

Please note  we are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather events or unforeseen circumstances; such as accidents, closed roads, mechanical issues etc..or incorrect/missing shipping address or postal code information that you provided to us. 

* Note packages that have been returned due to incorrect or missing address information will be subject to additional shipping charges to re-ship the order out again and additionally be charged for the return shipping cost issued by Canada Post.  If you wish to cancel a returned item, please note that customer paid shipping charges are not refundable and any additional return shipping cost issued by Canada Post will be deducted from any monies owning on your refund.  Any items that have been returned that was shipped under a "promotional rate" or "free shipping" status, the amount of the shipment and the return costs issued by Canada Post will be deducted from any monies owing on your refund.

Please always double check your shipping information before submitting your order. Should you notice an error, please call us immediately, if the order has not shipped out, we will be happy to update the information for you.

Processing your order

Orders are usually processed 24 to 48 hours after an order is received. If an item is a special order product, it can take an additional 7 to 10 business days for processing (this does not included shipping time).

Occasionally we, like many business, we do run out of stock from time to time.  If the arrival of our stock will be past the 2 day processing time for your order, we will notify you via the e-mail address you submitte .  At that time you can either opt to wait for the stock to arrive or we can cancel and refund the order for you
